### Sensitive content <a href="#sensitive" id="sensitive"></a>

While Appintos supports adult users in accessing a variety of content, it also provides guidance on sensitive content to prevent illegal and harmful content and to protect Toss's trustworthiness and brand value.

{% hint style="info" %}
**What is sensitive content?**

Sensitive content refers to content that includes expressions or scenes that may cause users **discomfort, anxiety, or unease**. Even if something is not illegal under the law, it may still be considered sensitive content if it contains material or depictions that could be controversial by social norms.

At Appintos, we broadly categorize and manage sensitive content into the following three types.

* Sexuality
* Violence
* Promotion of illegality and crime
  {% endhint %}

***

#### Standards by sensitive content type

**Sexuality**

* Exposure of specific body parts, depictions of sexual acts, provocative camera work, and implications of obscene acts are restricted.
* Content that directly depicts sexual acts or makes sexual objectification a major element cannot be registered.
* Please do not use obscene slang or sexual expressions that cause discomfort.

**Violence**

* Simple action or comedic fight scenes may be used.
* Graphic bloodshed, abuse, or torture scenes are restricted.
* Expressions that glorify violence or are combined with sexual or hateful contexts will be removed immediately.

**Promotion of illegality and crime**

* Content involving drugs, illegal gambling, illegal filming, prostitution, or minors will be removed and reported immediately.
* Content that glorifies or encourages illegal activity may be restricted without prior warning.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Please be sure to check**

Even if it falls under the mild or cautionary stage in the sensitive content rating, the app launch may still be restricted if internal review determines the level is too high.

Even if classified as sensitive content, the following types of content cannot be included.

* Excessive body exposure, depictions of sexual acts, sexual objectification, and sexual commodification
* Includes scenes of violence, abuse, hate, discrimination, or promotion of illegal activity
* False information, extreme statements, scenes that may trigger social controversy
  {% endhint %}

***

#### How is sensitive content determined?

Review is conducted along with the app launch review request, and during this process we determine whether it qualifies as sensitive content. If it is classified as sensitive content, we will notify members registered in the workspace by email.

***

#### What happens if it is classified as sensitive content?

If a mini app is classified as sensitive content, an information screen is shown before the user enters the mini app. Once the user agrees, they can use the mini app classified as sensitive content afterward without a separate notice UI.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://developers-apps-in-toss.toss.im/landing-page/landing-page-en/intro/caution.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
