# 分群
分群是在 Apps in Toss 控制台中创建和管理符合特定条件的用户群的功能。用于像营销或发送通知这样，只想向特定用户发送消息时。

### 使用分群有什么好处
* 可以进行精准定向。只向符合所需条件的用户发送消息。
* 可以进行数据驱动的营销。可以根据用户的行为和特征来设计活动。
* 可以提升用户体验。通过提供个性化消息，提高参与率和满意度。
**提供的条件类别**
可以组合交易信息、用户信息、用户活动、用户画像这四类条件。
* **交易信息** — 与用户实际交易相关的信息，例如交易记录中的品牌、广告类别、是否使用 Toss Pay 等。
* **用户信息** — 年龄、性别、信用分数、应用版本、运营商等基础用户属性。
* **用户活动** — 以应用内的行为记录为依据。不是迷你应用登录，而是 **仅可按访问**方式设置。
* **用户画像** — 金融倾向、生命周期阶段、兴趣推断信息等，对用户进行综合分析得到的信息。

* 多个条件 **AND 条件或 OR 条件**组合使用。
* 使用目标抽样时，可以调整包含在分群中的用户数量。
* 即使删除已创建的分群，也无法再次创建同名分群。

### 在控制台中设置
**1. 创建分群**
进入分群菜单后 **'+创建'** 按钮。
* 进入方法：Apps in Toss 控制台 → 选择工作区 → 选择迷你应用 → 左侧菜单选择“分群”
**2. 设置类别和条件**
选择所需类别和子条件后 **'添加'** 后会添加到右侧 **'已选择的分群'** 屏幕中。
* 如果只有 1 个条件，可以直接 **'保存'** 并保存。
* 如果要同时使用多个条件，请先添加所有需要的分群，然后设置 **'AND'** 或 **'OR'** 条件。
* 某些需要预测的分群需要设置准确度。
* 提高准确度时，分群的规模（样本数）可能会减少。
* 如果样本数很重要，可以降低准确度使用。不过，定向准确度可能会下降。
* 一般情况下，请设置为 50% 以上。

**示例 — 如果想向“住在首尔特别市并且似乎拥有自住房的人”发送消息？**
1. 用户信息 → 地区 → 选择首尔特别市后点击“添加”
2. 点击“首页”返回最初的类别列表
3. 用户画像 → 自有住房\_整体 → 设置准确度后点击“添加”
4. 在右侧“已选择的分群”中 **'AND'** 选择
* 如果想发送给住在首尔特别市或似乎拥有自住房的人 **'OR'** 选择条件

选择 AND 或 OR 条件后，分群会合并为 1 个，并变更为符合该条件的人数。
* **还原** — 会重新分离为各个分群。
* **保存** — 会保存为条件合并后的分群。
**3. 保存**
点击保存后，可以设置分群名、说明、收藏和固定与否。
* **分群名** — 已添加的分群名称会自动输入。可以自由更改为想要的名称。只是删除后，无法再次使用相同名称。
* **分群说明** — 请填写构建该分群的原因或管理备注。
* **收藏** — 设置后可立即用于推送、通知和智能发送。
* **按固定样本数保存** — 可以固定保存时的样本数来使用。此时样本数不会更新，请根据目的选择。
保存完成后，可在分群菜单以及推送、通知和智能发送中立即查看和使用。
